Mobile Design is a completely free resource for mobile phone news, reviews and content. You can download free themes, wallpapers, ringtones, software and much more. Some content will be available to unregistered users, however for the full mobile design library of content you will have to register but don't worry that's also completely free.! Registered users are also able to submit themes and wallpapers to the site, however all mp3 and software uploads are currently disabled.

Yell Group plans to add mobile barcodes to the front of its Edinburgh and Cardiff directory editions, reports NMA. When photographed with a camera phone, these interactive barcodes will directly connect customers to the mobile internet to let them access the latest information from the Yell service. Yell's head of printed products, Phil Johnson, told NMA that Yellow Pages was the first directory in the UK to test the potential of mobile barcode technology as a way of letting consumers access dynamic information. Consumers need to first download a mobile application to their handsets to be ale to use the mobile barcode service. The service is provided by mobile agency Squiggly Square and Big Gig Strategies.
